Signing Up

Omnix offers a free trial so you can explore the platform before committing. No credit card required to start.

Option 1 — Sign Up Yourself

1. Go to your Omnix instance URL (or the public Omnix website).
2. Click Get Started or Sign Up.
3. Enter your name, email address, and a password.
4. Omnix will create your account and your workspace in one step.
5. You'll be taken directly into your dashboard — your workspace is ready.

Tip: If you're not sure what to do first, the OmnixOnboard AI assistant will appear and can walk you through the platform, answer questions, or help you set up your first channel.

Option 2 — Accept a Team Invitation

If a colleague has already set up a workspace and invited you:

1. Open the invitation email from Omnix.
2. Click the Accept Invitation link.
3. Set your password.
4. You'll be taken into the workspace with the role your admin assigned.

After Signing Up

Once you're in, here's what to do next:

Free Trial

• Your trial gives you access to all features.
• You can send messages, connect channels, and run campaigns during the trial.
• To continue after the trial, add a payment method under Admin → Billing.
• Trial limits and duration are shown on your dashboard.
