Admin Portal Overview

The Admin Portal contains workspace-level settings that are only accessible to team members with the Admin role.

Administrative Tasks

As an admin, you are responsible for:

• User Management: Invite agents, configure team queues, and assign user roles.
• API Keys: Generate authentication keys for external developer integrations.
• Billing & Subscriptions: Manage subscription plans, payment methods, and virtual phone line charges.
• Branding settings: Standardize workspace logo assets and colors.
• Channels Settings: Connect email, SMS, voice lines, or WhatsApp Business accounts.
